Good.
This place is quite safe. We arrived Osaka at a quite late time so everything was dark and seemed a bit dodgy but this apartment had many lanterns and lights that brighten the whole apartment area and the street so we felt safe around this area. The facilities are also very clean and well organized.
The location is definitely dodgy - but this place is aware of it and lets the guests know what they should avoid and there are enough lanterns to light up the street well and the police keeps checking the street. So it should be fine. :)

Great
We got it on a offer, much more cheaper. I like the area around it, can feel some of the old side of Japan.
It slightly far from the metro. But we are okay with it since we used to walk a lot.
